Your experience starts with a free phone consultation to understand your project needs and see if we can help. We only take projects where we can add significant value and the client and their organization.
Based on the phone consultation we draft a formal Scope of Work (SOW) detailing project expectations, deliverables, and consulting resources. We generally provide several CVs for clients to choose from.
Clients are welcome to interview consultants in advance of the project to make sure they are a good cultural fit for the organization. Most of our folks are highly driven, hyper organized type A producers, but we also have several laid back people on our team as well depending on your cultural needs.
At any point in the process we are happy to sign your company’s CDA or NDA. We realize that your technology and your market share come first.
Our staff has a variety of work experiences and we tailor each project to meet the customer’s needs. Need a QA Manager or VP of Quality for 3 months? – no problem. Need 3 vendor audits in India? – not to worry. Want to be trained by former FDA field inspectors? – we have some of the best!
If travel is required we will send receipts for travel expenses as part of the invoice, there is never a markup for this service. All expenses are invoiced at actual cost. Our terms are Net 30.
Some clients prefer to have us on retainer so that we may address regulatory inspections, vendor audits, or field actions as they arise.
We solicit client feedback during the project to make sure we are exceeding your expectations and meeting internal deadlines.
When the project is complete we make sure that we have turned over all agreed deliverables. If we have written any SOPs or developed custom training materials, you are now the owner of those materials. Before we leave we make sure that the staff are trained, the files are complete, and you have everything you need to be successful.
