We were hired as the temporary on-site “QC Manager” while our client searched for just the right full-time person to fill this role. We undertook daily responsibilities including oversight of testing, laboratory personnel management, and event investigation.
Microbiologists Review Prior to PAI
Our Client 2
We provided a former FDA inspector and Team Biologics member to review data and testing strategies prior to an FDA investigation for a biologic product.
Technical Transfer Support

We provided the technical expertise to assist our client in transferring their manufacturing operation to a CMO site. Specifically we assisted with the transfer plan, validation strategy, method transfer, operational setup, and release testing criteria.
