Project Description

The site procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WI) were not in alignment, documents conflicted and the overall document structure did not support the Quality Manual. We reviewed existing quality procedures across a company that were created over several years by different individuals. We went back to the site quality manual to make sure procedures were in alignment with the overarching document and then organized SOPS and WIs into a logical structure. Procedures were also redlined for ease of use, and grammatical errors.
